RETURN POLICY
For more transparency, Prismi in favor of its online customers operates directly with the capitalized parent company which boasts of 30 years of activity. No special purpose enterprise can jeopardize the success of the economic transaction by the buyer.
We offer the possibility of proceeding to return the goods within 14 days of delivery in two ways:
Return policy 1
a) The product does not correspond to the trade name indicated in the order and therefore to the color ordered.
b) The quantity of the product is not correct.
These determine the full assumption of the transport costs by Prismi for the return.
Return policy 2
Change of mind on the purchase
This determines the assumption of responsibility by Prismi by invoicing only the return transport to the customer.
Once the product is received in our company, we will check:
a) The integrity of the packaging. b) Lack of weight. c) The reasons for the return.
The return of the sum paid, total or partial depending on the return method, will be credited immediately after the result of the verification according to the solution most suitable for the customer.
In the event that one or more verification results do not correspond favorably, the resolution will be treated with kindness.
